Tamara Sellouk and I, Lynne Stafford, have had the pleasure of working together as administrators at the Mini-Skool Willowdale child care centre for over thirty years. We take pride, along with our dedicated and experienced staff, in providing a stimulating childhood learning experience in a safe and secure environment.
Our Willowdale child care centre is purpose built and situated on one acre of land that has several newly designed playgrounds that are specifically suited for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Our centre also has a well-equipped gym for indoor play, and a swimming pool that is supervised by a qualified aquatics instructor.
Many of our families enroll their school age children in our before and after school program. We transport these youngsters to either Elkhorn Elementary School or Saint Gabriel’s Separate School. For families who are moving or wish to help friends and family find the Mini-Skool center nearst to them, Mini-Skool’s school finder is a fast and easy way to find the closest Mini-Skool center.
Both Tamara and I feel fortunate that we have had our own children attend Mini-Skool day care from infancy through school age. As our promise indicates, our children consider the child care centres to be their home away from home and look upon our staff as their extended family.
